Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
 
The Board is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today the resolution to approve the Company's proposed de-listing from the Official List and from trading on the London Stock Exchange was duly passed by Shareholders.   Accordingly, notice is hereby given that the final day of dealing on the Official List will be Tuesday 3 January 2006 and the first day of trading on AIM will be Wednesday 4 January 2006.
