The board of VTR plc (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Anshul Doshi has been appointed to the board as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Mr. Doshi, aged 26 years, is a chartered Accountant and holds a law degree. He is Vice President - Strategy and Business Development of the Company’s majority shareholder, Prime Focus Limited. Prior to joining Prime Focus, he worked in the corporate finance division of KPMG in India.
