The Board received notification today, in accordance with sections 198 to 210 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended) that following recent purchases, Mr & Mrs Mark. H. Dixon jointly hold 730,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, giving them a beneficial holding of 6.61% of the Company's current issued share capital.
